I have experienced distance learning throughout Covid-19 and classes I take that are online rather than in person. Something I like about my distance learning experience is that I can kind of go at my own pace. For example, how quickly I can work through assignments or if I need a break, its possible to take one. However, something I dislike about distance learning is that it is more difficult for me to communicate with the teacher and understand as well as I could in an actual classroom setting. When I am a teacher, I can make sure the students are understanding and provide them with outside resources that could help them. As well as reaching out periodically to make sure they are on track. OER provides resources that anyone can use for their learning experience. Access is free and anyone can share or edit them.  Examples of OER  is a website that gives multiple examples of OER.       From working on the Web design assignment, I acquired new technological skills such as how to create and design a website, how to make it function, what kind of information to include on a teacher website, and became more familiarized with technological tools. I liked how challenging this assignment was. Throughout this class, I have learned more about technology than ever before. It was astonishing to me how simple it was to create a website all on my own.
